Occupation anchor is one of the most important theories of modern human resource management,and effectively carry out occupation anchor evaluation,by means of the hospital doctors to carry out occupation anchor theory of occupation career planning,not only conducive to the occupation orientation and selection of hospital doctors,it is beneficial to the development of hospital work effectively.This research is based on the theory of career anchor,on the basis of literature review,combing the research status at home and abroad.It is concluded that the domestic and foreign researchers do not have an overall discussion on the doctor's career management and planning system.In this study,PL hospital as the research object,analyzes the relationship between PL hospital strategy and human resource development strategy,through the actual investigation to find out the outstanding occupation career management of PL hospital doctors of the problem and the crux of the problem,and using convenience sampling method,conducted a questionnaire survey on the doctors first-line departments PL hospital.Based on the statistics of the further assessment of PL hospital doctor occupation career planning and management,according to the problems and existing problems of PL hospital's occupation career planning of design,occupation anchor type based on the formulation of the doctor occupation career planning path,and then determine the implementation steps,pointed out that the implementation of supporting measures of planning and design,and to establish the evaluation scheme of doctor occupation career management design.
