A Study On The Operation Mode Of The Combination Of Medical Treatment And Nursing In Private Pension Institution

With the deepening of the aging population,China has become one of the fastest growing countries in the aging,the medical problems of the elderly population groups as we need to solve the problem.Traditional pension service medical institutions and pension institutions are independent of each other,can not meet the medical needs of the elderly,innovative pension service supply model known as the ease of pension problems we choose.In recent years,the innovation of old-age service supply model,how to effectively integrate health care resources and pension resources,become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.This paper takes the health care aging and public product theory as the theoretical basis,taking Changsha Carnation Center for Elderly Protection as a typical case,and gives some advice on how to provide medical care for private pension institutions.Based on the analysis of the operational effects of Carnation Center for Elderly Care and the satisfaction of the elderly with the service of medical care,a questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate the effect of caring out the elderly care center,Private endowment institutions health care combined with the mode of operation to assess.According to the results of the research and analysis and the evaluation results,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the private nursing institutions from the perspective of three different modes of operation,thus summed up the private medical institutions to carry out"+ "Pension" service development pros and cons and prospects for the private pension institutions to carry out medical services combined with reference and reference.Based on the above research,the author concludes the policy recommendations to promote the development of private nursing institutions in China,including:the government should play a leading role;actively establish a social force participation mechanism;train professionals to improve the professional level of old-age care service;Assessment,meet the needs of the elderly and so on.
