Analysis Of The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The "integration Of Medical Care And Elderly Care" Pension Model In Public Medical Institutions In Liaoning Province

With the increasing aging of the population,the combination of medical care and supporting for the aged has become an important issue facing our country.In the work report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is clearly pointed out that the pension problem under the aging of the population environment,should maintain a positive attitude to face,promote the development of medical care combined with pension undertakings,accelerate the coordinated development of the medical industry and the pension industry to establish three major service security systems of pension,filial piety,respect for the elderly.However,at present,there are still some outstanding problems in the "combination of medical treatment and endowment" old-age service industry,including the unsound local government old-age care management mechanism,lack of funding sources,lack of medical personnel and lack of systematic and standardized related professional and technical training.Objective: In this paper,combined with the L hospital of liaoning province "combination of medical treatment and endowment" endowment pattern basic situation investigation and analysis,the result of the pension service demand intention of elderly people come to the conclusion that the current public medical institutions in liaoning province to carry out the "combination of medical treatment and endowment" pension services are faced with the problem and their cause analysis,and draw lessons from the domestic and foreign about the construction of "medical" endowment patterns of advanced experience,put forward the public medical institutions in liaoning province "combination of medical treatment and endowment" endowment patterns of the corresponding countermeasures.Methods: Focusing on the literature survey analysis,questionnaire survey analysis and interview method,this paper took the "combination of medical care and nursing care" nursing institution of L Hospital of Liaoning Province as the research object,interviewed the elderly people and medical staff providing elderly care services in the institution,and analyzed the collected data.At the same time,the thesis provides some experience and inspiration by referring to the successful experience of implementing long-term care insurance system in Qingdao,introducing medical care into community elderly care service in Shanghai and realizing the integrated development of institutions,communities and families in Suzhou.Results: Through the comprehensive analysis of the result of the questionnaire data and interview,the L hospital in liaoning province exists in the "combination of medical treatment and endowment" pension model equipment and the money supply is short board,multi-sectoral management the lack of effective cohesion,pension costs are relatively high,incomplete related policies and systems,professional talent management mechanism behind the idea and concept and the elderly endowment did not change the problem.Conclusion: According to the L hospital in liaoning province in the "combination of medical treatment and endowment" pension mode,the problems of this study put forward the effective measures,including strengthening "combination of medical treatment and endowment" pension related funds and facilities construction,establishing digital "combination of medical treatment and endowment" management platform,perfect "combination of medical treatment and endowment" long-term care insurance system,the government to strengthen the leading role and responsibility,perfecting "combination of medical treatment and endowment" personnel management and training mechanism,actively eliminate old-age care service prejudice,"combination of medical treatment and endowment" propaganda and strengthen the propaganda and changing the concept of pension from several aspects.
