Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Changchun Private Pension Institutions

In response to a variety of social pension pressures caused by the impact of social factors, the state encouraged the establishment of private pension institutions and provides a range of support policies for the private pension institutions, private pension industry will rise. By the end of2009,38,000elderly welfare institutions, beds26,620,000, adoption of more than173elderly, pension institutions in the number and scale are showing rapid growth momentum. Private pension institutions have become an important supplement family pension and social pension. However, due to lack of policy and policy implementation, industry management standards imperfect institutions lack adequate funding and human resource supply, private pension institutions to improve the level of service and continuous development still faces many problems.In this paper, we take Changchun private pension institutions for example, through data collection via the internet, telephone consultation and site visits to investigating and analyzing pension institutions’current facts, then point out the contradiction between supply and demand in the presence of private pension institutions, facilities and poor standards, a small number and low quality of conservation staff, conflicts between market-oriented the public interest, and so on. And according to the problem, analyzing the reasons through theoretical studies combined with advanced cases, exploring paths to solve problems and contradictions. Aiming at promoting the implementation of the policy of private pension institutions, innovation of management philosophy, improvement of the regulatory system, and to provide more specialized services for pension business.
