Analysis Of The Dynamics Of Cooperation Between Pension Institutions And Medical Institutions

With the rapid arrival of the aging wave and the soaring number of disabled elderly people,the demand for elderly care and medical services in China is also increasing sharply.In this context,the government has proposed many supporting policies to encourage elderly care institutions and medical institutions to cooperation.However,at present there is still a lack of motivation for cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions.In order to increase the motivation for cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions,this thesis uses literature analysis,Evolutionary Game Theory and System Dynamics to conduct research in four aspects:(1)Combination the status quo of research on cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions at home and abroad is introduced,and related concepts and theoretical foundations involved in this article are introduced;(2)Research the relationship between elderly care institutions and medical institutions in Evolutionary Game Theory;(3)Cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions Analysis of system dynamics;(4)Countermeasures and suggestions to promote cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions.The specific research results are as follows:(1)This article sorts out the relevant literature on the cooperation model of elderly care institutions and medical institutions at home and abroad,development dilemmas,research on motivation factors,etc.,defines the concepts of medical care integration,cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions,and introduces the stakeholder theory,Evolutionary game theory and system dynamics theory,lay the foundation for the following research.(2)Through the analysis of the subject's behavior,an evolutionary game model for the cooperation between pension institutions and medical institutions is constructed,and the dynamic equations and equilibrium strategies of the game model between pension institutions and medical institutions are analyzed separately.The research results show that: When the difference between the benefits and all costs is greater than the benefits that can be generated before choosing the cooperation,both the pension institution and the medical institution will adopt a cooperation strategy;if there is at least one of the pension institutions and the medical institution,there is at least one of the benefits and all the costs after the cooperation.When the difference is less than the benefits that can be generated before the cooperation,at least one of the pension institutions and medical institutions will definitely adopt a non-cooperative strategy.That is to say,the three factors of the benefits after cooperation,the cost of cooperation and the benefits before cooperation will have an impact on whether pension institutions and medical institutions choose cooperation strategies.(3)By introducing the basis of modeling,a system dynamics model for the cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions is constructed,and parameter formulas and initial values are set.With the help of simulation,the dynamic factors affecting the cooperation between the two parties are analyzed.The results show that increasing the recognition and disposable income of the elderly is an important factor in promoting the cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions;the government's management of the pricing and price limits of cooperative projects is a favorable means to influence the motivation of cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions;The government's support for professionals will also have an impact on the motivation for cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions.(4)Based on the above research conclusions on the game model and system dynamics model of elderly care institutions and medical institutions,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of the government and cooperative projects,including improving the price management system,promoting the training of professional talents,and increasing the willingness of the elderly to consume.Actively explore ways to increase the expected benefits of cooperative projects,actively explore service upgrade paths for cooperative projects,and actively explore the application of modern technological means.
