Research On The Service Of "Combination Of Medical Care And Nursing" Of Private Pension Institutions In Taiyuan

At present,China's aging situation is increasingly severe,and the construction of social pension service system is facing great challenges.With the rapid increase of the number of the elderly with disability,dementia and chronic diseases,the combination of basic life care services and medical care has become an urgent demand for elderly care services.At the same time,the basic elderly care services provided by traditional elderly care institutions have been unable to meet the diversified needs of the elderly at present,so it is the general trend to promote the development of medical and nursing integration.As one of the main providers of medical and nursing services,pension institutions play an important role in promoting the development of medical and nursing services.It can be divided into two types: public pension institution and private pension institution.Because of its high welfare and limited number of beds,public pension institutions often face the situation of "one bed is hard to find".On the other hand,public pension institutions have strict restrictions on the physical health of the elderly.Many disabled,mentally retarded and elderly people are excluded.From the perspective of the current pension service market,public pension institutions have been unable to meet the huge demand for pension services,and it is urgent for private pension institutions to join in the construction of pension service system.In 2015,the guiding opinions on promoting the combination of medical and health care and elderly care services put forward to encourage social forces to set up a combination of medical and elderly care institutions through market-oriented operation,so as to meet the health and elderly care needs of the elderly in a diversified way.Therefore,in the context of the rapid development of "combination of medical care and nursing",the medical and nursing services of private pension institutions have been vigorously promoted.Taiyuan is the central city of Shanxi Province.Comparatively speaking,the age structure of the population is aging and the burden of social pension is heavy.With the rapid increase of the demand for social medical services,the pension service system of Taiyuan is facing a huge challenge.However,the public pension institutions in Taiyuan are in the situation of bed shortage.The pension resources and health medical resources are seriously lacking,and the development of the combination of medical and nursing is in a dilemma.In this context,Taiyuan municipal government has listed the combination of medical care and health care into key livelihood projects,actively advocated the participation of social capital in the development of medical care services,and accelerated the in-depth integration of pension resources and medical and health resources.From the perspective of supply and demand of medical and nursing services,based on the understanding of the basic situation of demand and supply of medical and nursing services in Taiyuan City,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the demand and supply of medical and nursing services in private pension institutions in Taiyuan city.The results show that the current private pension institutions have achieved remarkable results in medical care services,and the elderly's life has been greatly improved.However,there is still a supply-demand imbalance between the supply of some medical services and the demand of the elderly,which hinders the development of medical services.This paper finds that the main reasons for the imbalance of supply and demand of medical and nursing services in private pension institutions in Taiyuan are as follows: first,the level of medical and nursing services supply is low;second,the payment ability of medical and nursing service demander is weak;third,the supply power of medical and nursing services in private institutions is insufficient.Based on an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the imbalance between supply and demand,combined with the specific situation of Taiyuan City,the author puts forward suggestions on strengthening the supply of professional and accurate medical care services,improving the payment ability of service demanders and improving the power insurance of medical care services,so as to enhance the professionalism,accessibility and effectiveness of medical care services.Furthermore,it promotes the optimized development of medical care service of private pension institutions in Taiyuan,and promotes the effective integration of pension resources and health resources.At the same time,it effectively alleviates the heavy burden brought by the aging population,protects the rights and interests of the elderly,and is conducive to the realization of "the elderly have a place to support,the sick have a place to cure,and the elderly have a place to enjoy".
