Based On SWOT Analysis Method,Hohhot's Combination Of Medical Care And Pension Research On Service Issues

With the deepening of the aging level of the population,the health problems of the elderly have posed a challenge to the current social security system,and the frequent,easy and sudden occurrence of some chronic diseases of the elderly make the problems of dementia,disability,disabled elderly medical care and pension increasingly prominent.How to provide life care and medical care for the disabled,the disabled and the elderly has become a major problem in China.The combination of medical care and pension service is one of the key directions of the development of pension service industry in China.It is to actively respond to the aging population as the background,focus on the whole life cycle,integrate medical and health resources and pension service resources,through convenient and professional services,to provide the elderly with continuous transfer integration services such as hospitalization,rehabilitation care,stable life care and hospice care.It is an important way to solve the problem of medical care for the elderly,improve the quality of life of the elderly,improve the social security system and promote social progress under the trend of aging population.Experts and scholars at home and abroad have conducted many researches on the theory and practice of combining medical care with old-age service.Developed countries have tried for us first in the aspect of combining medical care with old-age service and explored different development modes.Based on the overall governance theory,this paper analyzes how the local government can effectively coordinate and integrate various resources to realize the multi-governance subject's combination of medical care and pension service supply.Based on the actual situation of Hohhot,combined with the current situation of Hohhot's medical and nursing services for the aged,the paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of Hohhot's development of medical and nursing services for the aged by SWOT analysis method,and puts forward the relevant strategies of Hohhot's development of medical and nursing services for the aged based on the overall governance theory,w ith a view to providing reference for the future development of Hohhot's medical and nursing services for the aged and improving the medical security system.
