Research On Quality Optimization Of Endowment Service In "Medical And Nursing"

With the rapid development of China's national economy and the continuous improvement of medical and health conditions,the number of elderly people over the age of 60 has also continued to grow.China began to enter an aging society in 2000.With the growing trend of population aging,the medical problems and nursing problems of the elderly have become an important social issue that needs to be solved urgently.In order to solve this problem better,the Chinese government has begun to attach importance to and encourage the establishment and development of “healing and health care” old-age service institutions to absorb the market demand for old-age care services while absorbing foreign advanced pension service experience.The implementation of the “health collection” of the aged care service is not only conducive to alleviating the pressure of hospital visits,but also more beneficial to the elderly to seek medical treatment and obtain professional care services.At present,all major cities in China are actively carrying out the “medical and nursing” approach to providing old-age care,and support and encourage the establishment of old-age service institutions.In 2017,the “Chengdu Government Work Report” clearly pointed out that it is necessary to further promote the old-age care service system that combines medical care and cultivation,and explore ways to further optimize the “medical and nursing” old-age care service in practice.On the basis of reading a large amount of literature,this paper clarifies the research ideas of the thesis.In order to understand the status of the old-age care service of the “medical and nursing” institution in Chengdu,the author conducted a field research on the Chengdu A senior apartment.First,Through a questionnaire survey of the elderly in the elderly,they can understand their satisfaction with the “healing and combining” old-age service of A senior apartment.Secondly,they visit the elderly and their medical staff by visiting the elderly apartment in A,and ask them to “care” A senior apartment.Combine the perception of “ageing services.Finally,through the comparative analysis method,the problems existing in the “healing and nursing” old-age service of A senior apartment were found out.Under the guidance of the theory,combined with the characteristics of A senior apartment,the author put forward the optimization of “medical and nursing” pension.Countermeasures for service quality.I hope that my research results can help other private pension institutions in Chengdu to better carry out the "health-care combination" old-age care service and jointly promote the rapid development of the aged care service in Chengdu.
