Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By Wrist-ankle Acupuncture Combined With Acupuncture Of Hua Tuo Jia Ji Point

Objetive:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of treatment for lumbar disc herniation by wrist ankle acupuncture combined with acupuncture on hua tuo jia ji points, and to provide scientific basis for clinical application of the treatment plan.Methods:Selected 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients which meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, then divided into experimental group and control group by random distribution principle,30 cases in each group, the experimental group take Wrist Ankle needle combined with acupuncture of huotuojiaji points, the control group take the routine acupuncture method.Two groups were treated every other day, 10 times for a course of treatment. Using visual analogue scale (VAS) and JOA low back pain scale score for evaluation, then observe?analysis?judge the clinical curative effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Results:1. Baseline comparison, there are no significant difference in the age, gender, duration of disease, VAS score and JOA score of two groups before treatment (P> 0.05), suggesting that there is comparability between groups.2. The overall effect, there have no statistical difference of the comparison of total clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05); Through further analysis,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%, control group was 82.76%, and there are no statistical significance with the non parametric wilcoxon rank sum test (P >0.05);the markedly and general effective rate respectively of two groups is 66.67% and 41.38%, there have significant difference (P<0.05),which suggest that the recovery efficiency of experimental group is higher than control group.3. The Comparison of VAS and JOA scores, the VAS scores of two groups by within group comparison before and after treatment, the scores after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, comparison were statistically significant(P <0.01),the VAS difference of experimental group is more significant than control group(P<0.05); The JOA scores of two groups by within group comparison before and after treatment, the scores after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment, comparison were statistically significant(P<0.01),there have no statistically significant of the JOA difference of two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05)Conclusion:1. There have the exact effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by wrist ankle acupuncture combined with acupuncture of huatuojiaji points. In the aspect of obtaining the obvious efficiency of healing, there have more advantages than the conventional acupuncture on the treatment with wrist ankle acupuncture combined with acupuncture of huatuojiaji points.2. Wrist ankle acupuncture combined with acupuncture hua tuo jia ji points in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the patient's lumbar function and pain symptoms, and the effection of improving the pain is better than routine acupuncture.3. wrist ankle acupuncture group is simple, safe and effective,which was worthy of promotion.
