Objective:To observe the clinical analgesic efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with standard body acupuncture on the treatment of LDHP, provides the theory for the clicnic research.Methods:48 patients met the inclusion criteria for lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 24 cases,24 cases of wrist-ankle acupuncture treatment group with ordinary acupuncture, the control group using only ordinary acupuncture treatment 10 times for one course of treatment. Two needle retaining time is 30min, respectively, before acupuncture, acupuncture 5min,15min,30min with the patient's pain VAS to measure the table, the data obtained with nimodipine method to calculate the measured level of pain relief in patients and developed with the Japanese Orthopaedic Association scoring the lumbar spine disorders integrated comprehensive score (JOA score) recorded before and after treatment of the cases in the data, according to clinical classification for evaluation after the end of treatment. Excel software to compile data, using statistical data analysis software SPSS 17.0.Result:30min after the two groups in the VAS value of the needle with the same group beforetreatment were significantly different than (P<0.05),5min after acupuncture treatment group the VAS compared with the control group there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) after acupuncture treatment group, the VAS 15min and 30min compared with the control group was compared differences (P<0.05, P<0.01), after treatment than before treatment; treatment group was significantly higher than controls; two Patients JOA scores after treatment than before treatment is very significant difference (p<0.01), the treatment group than the control group; the two groups compared the efficacy of classification, the treatment group was 91%,75%of the control group, there Significant difference (p<0.05), the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion:Treatment group and control group method can effectively reduce pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation, but the treatment group cf faster onset time, efficacy more pronounced. The clinical efficacy of the two groups are exactly, but the treatment group method can significantly increase the cure rate of lumbar disc herniation. This study showed that the WAA in combination with conventional applications of acupuncture in improving pain and lumbar disc herniation clinical value of treatment, the subject of the WAA-depth study of the clinical efficacy of analgesic effect of providing some reference data, Effective treatment for lumbar disc herniation to provide a treatment ideas.
