Study On The Public Health Service In Chengdu Based On Equalization

Since our country take the policies of reforming and opening,as China's economy is from the planned economy to the market economy,residents' quality of life continues to improve.In the present age that material life is increasingly rich,people have a higher level of their own needs on health.While the realization of equalization of public services is an important means of safeguarding and improving people's livelihood,vigorously developing the equalization of public health services in the community of urban is good for the promotion of people's health and the stable development of the harmonious society,which is of great significance to achieving the equity of health.All over the country are committed to the development of health services in urban community and actively promote the equalization of basic public health services.This paper takes equalization as the starting point,it obtains data from Sichuan Health Yearbook,Chengdu Yearbook,related research and news and investigates and analyzes the current situation of public health service in Chengdu from the aspects of resource investment of public health service in Chengdu,the result of utilization of public health service resources and the results of public heal th service,finding out the problems and causes of public health service in Chengdu,and put forward the countermeasures to improve the level of public health service on this basis.This paper draws on the theory of public goods,welfare economics and new public service to redefine the equalization through the the methods of literature analysis,data statistical analysis and comparative analysis,based on accessing to a large number of domestic and foreign literature.Combined with the new definition of equalization and the original research as a reference,it establishes a new analysis framework for the equalization of public health services.This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of public health service in Chengdu by using this analysis framework,thus it finds some problems that the public health service of Chengdu has a gap in the district and county,in different demographic structures,its resource allocation is unreasonable and the amount of work in a different nature of the health agency is unreasonable,which can improve the level of public health services by strengthening the information construction,raising awareness,increasing the promotion of equalization mechanism of public health services and other measures.
