Rural Grassroots Medicine From The Perspective Of Equalization Of Public Services Research On The Construction Of Health Service Guarantee System

In recent years,China has constantly deepened the reform of the medical and health system.This is a major livelihood project to maintain the health and well-being of more than a billion people,and is also a major development project to coordinate economic and social development and expand domestic demand.As the medical reform is approaching the "deep water area",the development of rural medical and health services has gradually become the focus of attention of the government and scholars.However,in the new situation of market economy,rural medical and health services are marginalized and weakening position,can be attributed to the implementation of government function flaw and service system lack of public service equalization in the field of medical services,thus affecting the longitudinal development of health care reform.his paper analyzes the main reasons for this situation.The rural grass-roots three-level health service network is a three-level network system based on county-level hospitals,township hospitals and village clinics.Focusing on the research of rural primary medical and health services,this paper identifies the achievements and problems of the new medical reform in public health services,rural primary medical and health services,medical and health security coverage and so on.On the basis of summarizing the rural primary medical and health services system in Yancheng City,this paper applies the public service theory and public service.Based on the questionnaire survey of some farmers in Yancheng City,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the rural primary medical and health service security system in Yancheng City and points out the reasons,and puts forward to realize the rural primary medical and health service system equalization from the four levels of government,system,medical institutions and farmers.In order to provide reference for the reform of rural primary health service security system in Yancheng City and promote the equal service level of rural health service in Yancheng City to a new level,the path selection of the transformation is expected.
