In recent years,the country continues to improve the socio-economic level, China’s existing urban basic medical insurance and basic medical insurance for urban residents to do a better guarantee basic health rights related to this target audience as a whole.With the further development of China’s economy,the people’s demand for health care services more and more,to achieve the equalization of basic health services to become the cause of a very high voice won the national decision-making, because it is not only related to the health of millions of people,also related to the long-term social stability and harmony.Looking at the existing research on the equalization of medical services,the majority focused on the perspective from the local area or urban-rural contrast to the perspective,but from a macro point less for the balanced development of the national urban health services research.Based on the concept of medical services related to the definition of medical services equalization reflect macroeconomic indicators and micro indicators for scientific analysis.Spss data processing method using the relevant evaluation inspection, trying to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system to serve the development and implementation of the results of medical service equalization policy analysis.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter,introduction,describes the research content and research methods and innovation of this paper;The second chapter introduces the urban population health services and medical services equalization general theory,the definition of related concepts;The third chapter by analyzing and summarizing research information and data,elaborated on the urban medical service equalization Development Status;Chapter IV through reasonable means,the various indicators of China’s 31 provinces and autonomous regions were screened,and find theoretical support for scientific and rational evaluation of the urban medical service equalization system,then using statistical analysis of medical services provided to urban residents and several aspects,resource allocation,financing and other indicators tested,confirmed its legitimacy,and ultimately establish a scientific evaluation system;chapter points out the reasons to continue this research.
