The Research Of Improving The Equalization Level Of Basic Public Health Services In Lu’An City

The reform of public health service is a good thing for the country and the people.It is a national livelihood project.The equalization of services is related to people’s vital interests,and it is a powerful guarantee for all people to enjoy basic public services.At present,the basic national conditions of China’s health undertakings are that the gap between urban and rural areas is obvious,the city occupies better medical resources,and the rural residents can not enjoy the medical resources very well;moreover,the high medical expenses make many people feel shy about it;moreover,compared with the huge population base,high-quality medical resources are a kind of scarce resources.These factors restrict the development of health undertakings,making the integration of public health resources in China a long way to go.In the process of exploring public health services in Luan City,we hope to have better services and integration,which can be promoted throughout the country if conditions permit,so as to contribute to the construction of a harmonious society.This paper consists of five parts,the introduction is the first part,focusing on the research background and significance,summarizing the research content,exploring the research methods,proposing innovations,and summarizing the research status at home and abroad.The second part interprets the basic definition of public health services,and combs the relevant national policies on this basis.The third part introduces the reasons for selecting Lu’an as a sample,the current situation of public health in Lu’an,and the experience of promoting local related undertakings.The fourth part,in-depth analysis of the problems encountered by Lu’an in the process of promoting public health services.The fifth part,combined with the pilot experience of several cities in China,puts forward suggestions on the equalization of basic public health services in Lu’an.One is to establish the concept of all-round and full-cycle health service,the other is to promote the decline of medical resources through the pilot reform of the"compact medical association".The third is to strengthen weak service projects through the integration of medical treatment and prevention,and the fourth is to promote the high-quality supply of medical and health services through"intelligent medical treatment".In order to provide reference and experience for the equalization of public health services.
