| Objectives: Under the perspective of equalization,to analyse the current public health service projects and evaluate the equalization of public health services in FZ city.To find existing problems with the actual conditions and put forward several development countermeasures.Offering advices for providing essential public health service projecets and helping to realize the equalization of the essential public health services in FZ.Methods: Understanding the essential public health services at home and abroad on the basis of equalization, according to the equalization of the essential public health services and related content indicators, to collect the scene information,and calculate the appropriate indicators to evaluate the status quo of the equalization of essential public health services.The main use of stratified random sampling method, according to the proportion of 50% in all community health service institutes in FZ City for random sampling,to research current essential public health services of the 23 institutes and calculate the range, the sum of absolute value of deviation from the mean,in order to understand the perspective equalization of essential public health services status quo in FZ, analyze the existing problems to propose a solution.Results:1.Overseas, governments play an important role in public health services.The essential public health services have been used as an important part of basic health services provided to all citizens.In broad terms, it is generally considered that basic health services are a set of the diverseforms and implementation strategies for health interventions which are primary responsibility of the government, the specific service content and for all people to access equitablely. However,it is affected by political,economic,cultural and policy goals of different countries,there are also different in basic health services policy strategies,contents and effects. 2. At present, there are multiple burden of disease status in china such as acute infectious diseases and different chronic diseases.In order to improve this situation,to protect the urban and rural residents to enjoy the essential and effective public health services and to reduce the gap between the basic public health services of urban and rural residents,the state began to promote the equalization of essential public health services.3. Overall,on the basis of hundred mark system, the point of infectious disease is 86.26, the point of health education is 81.92, the point of immunization is 81.37.They are better than other projects in FZ, while the management of the serious mental illness patients in its early stages.It is only 6.4 point.The public health services are very uneven development among areas,urban and suburban areas. The same service in different ares are difference.The public health services in urban is better than which in rural ares. There are significant difference in the public health servics among different people,especially for the floating population.Conclusion: 1.The equalization of public health services have made great development in abroad, while under the guidance of the harmonious development concept in our country,it has been progressively realized the equalization of the essential public health services as an important development strategy.2. Overall, the equalization of essential public health services in FZ is in the forefront in Fujian province, but it is uneven development among areas, different people and urban and rural.It should accurate position the essential public health services and set the project stage goal in the new situation in order to make solid progress in FZ.3. Continue to improve the projects which carried out better in FZ,at the same time to increase efforts to support weak programs, such as increasing the standard management of the floating population, raising the ability of community public health services,establishing the appropriate systems, to realize progressively the equalization of the essential public health services in FZ.
