| Purpose: Through randomized controlled clinical trial method,the topic is to further defined the effectiveness and safety of the thunder fire moxibustion promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis qi analgesic efficacy,and to consummate its technical operation,to form the application standards and guidelines.Method: This study observes patients from the Jilin province Chinese medial hospital Anorectum section,60 patients with external hemorrhiods of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome are divided into two groups(30 cases,treatment group given the thunder fire moxibustion therapy;another 30 cases,the control group given the anorectal fumigation treatment made by changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital).The treatment results in two groups for 7 consecutive days are observed and recorded before and after the treatment separately in pain degree,focal swelling degree,foreign body sensation,the integral situation and clinical curative effect of local skin color.All the data were applied SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis to confirm this topic related views.Result: All the 60 patients accomplish the clinical observational study in time,no adverse events.Through observation and statistics analysis after treatment,showing the thunder fire moxibustion group(clinical recovery in 2 cases,11 cases in significant effect,12 cases are effective,invalid in 5 cases)and anorectal fumigation group(clinical recovery in 1,5 cases in significant effect,14 cases are effective,invalid in 10)in comparison with significant difference(P < 0.05).The total efficacy rate by these two groups is 83.33% and 66.67% respectively.Thunder fire moxibustion treatment is obviously better than anorectal fumigation in the effect of therapy of this disease.Conclusion: Thunder fire moxibustion for external hemorrhiods of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome patients effectively improves the pain degree,focal swelling degree,foreign body sensation,the integral situation and clinical curative effect of local skin colorand and is more effective than anorectal fumigation.Thunder fire moxibustion therapy is simple and safe,and cheap,not easy to become dependent,easy to be used,worthy of clinical application and promotion,improving the utilization rate of characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy.The patient can operate by themselves and reduce the economic burden of patients and the working strength of doctors. |
