The Study Of Clinical Effect On The Treatment Of External Epicondylitis Of Humerus By Means Of Thunder-Fire Moxibution With Plucking Along Meridians

Objective:This topic compares the clinical efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with meridian plucking method and oral Muriliu extract in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis,and proves that thunder-fire moxibustion combined with meridian plucking method has a definite clinical effect in treating external humeral epicondylitis.And advantages,it provides a new treatment plan for the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Methods: 60 cases of patients with external humeral epicondylitis(outpatient and inpatient departments of acupuncture,massage,orthopedics)were admitted from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the corresponding diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and efficacy evaluation criteria were selected according to the research topic According to the principle of randomized control grouping,60 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in both groups.The treatment group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with the meridian plucking method,and the control group was treated with Oral Muriliu Tablets.Both groups were treated for 2 courses.The pain visual analog scale(VAS)of the two groups was observed and recorded before and after treatment.,Painless Grip Test(PFG)and Mayo Elbow Function Score(MPES),compare the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group.Results: After 2 courses of treatment,the experimental results of the treatment group and the control group were statistically analyzed.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%;VAS(Visual Analog Scale)score: The VAS scores of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were processed by statistical software.The results showed that the VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05);PFG(painless grip test)score: processed by statistical software The PFG scores of the two groups after treatment,the results showed that the PFG scores of the two groups were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05);MPES(Elbow Joint Functional Activity)score: The MPES scores of the two groups after treatment were processed by statistical software,the results It shows that there is a significant difference in the MPES scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The above analysis results show that the two groups are effective in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis,which can effectively relieve pain and improve elbow joint functional activities,but the treatment effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:(1) The effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with meridian plucking method on the treatment of lateral epicondylitis of the humerus is significantly better than that of oral administration of Muriliu infusion tablets.(2)Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with meridian plucking can significantly relieve elbow pain and improve elbow joint functional activities.
