Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Thunder And Fire Moxibustion On The Quality Of Life After Radiotherapy Of Esophageal Cancer

Objective:Moxibustion for patients through the therapy of thunder-fire moxibustion on Zusanli,Feishu and Gaohuang,to observe the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on the quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer after radiotherapy.To find a safer and more effective way to prevent and cure the side effects of esophageal cancer after radiotherapy and improve the survival quality of the cancer patients.Methods:According to the treatment order and whether they voluntarily received thunder-fire moxibustion treatment,the patients were divided into treatment group or control group.The two groups were treated with conventional radiotherapy:radiotherapy for 6-7 weeks,with a total dose of 45-66Gy.The treatment group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of conventional radiotherapy.During the patient's radiotherapy,the thunder-fire moxibustion was treated 1 times a day and 5 times a week.All patients were treated with symptomatic treatment during the course of radiotherapy.We observed and recorded the scores of QLQ-C30,KPS before radiotherapy,at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after the end of radiotherapy.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0 medical statistics software.Results:1.QLQ-C30 quality of life score:clinical symptom scale,at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after the end of radiotherapy,the scores of fatigue,nausea and vomiting,dyspnea,loss of appetite,constipation and diarrhea in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);in the aspects of pain,insomnia and economic scale,the difference between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05).In terms of functional scale,at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after the end of radiotherapy,the physical function,role function,emotional function and cognitive function score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of overall health status scale,the score of treatment group at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).2.KPS score:the treatment group at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after the end of radiotherapy were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Safety analysis:In the treatment group,there were 2 blisters and no other adverse reactions in the process of thunder-fire moxibustion.Conclusion:1.The therapy of thunder-fire moxibustion can improve the quality of survival of the radiotherapy of esophageal cancer and prevent the side effects after radiotherapy.And it has good long-term effect.2.The thunder-fire moxibustion therapy is safe and effective and has no toxic side effects.It is worth popularizing.
