Objective:Observe the Prevention and treatment of thunder fire moxibustion on Patients with esophageal carcinoma which have Radiation-induced lung injury.Explore the mechanism and apply it to clinical treatment to prolonge the survival rate and benefit the patients of esophageal cancer.Methods:40 patients conclueded in the research.According to the non randomly principle, divide the patients into treatment group and control group. The two groups were treated with radiotherapy after diagnosed as esophageal cancer, the treatment group receive thunder fire moxibustion treatment at the same time.Observe imaging, symptoms, indexes of T cell subsets and immune function of two groups of patients in the 1 day before and after radiotherapy,3 months after radiation.Compare the incidence of radiation-induced lung injury, the degree, the quality of life of patients with cancer score(QOL)and the safety index between the two groups during the treatment period.Research results:(1)The occurrence and extent of radiation pneumonia:at the end of radiotherapy after 3 months, the control group has a higher incidence of radiation pneumonia compared with the treatment group, and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);The pneumonitis occurrence ratio of is higher than the treatment group control grade 1,grade 2,grade 3,and the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Immune function:after the radiotherapy, the CD3+percentage of treatment group were significantly increased compared with them before radiotherapy, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);After 3 months' radiotherapy, treatment group were significantly increased of the precentage of CD3+,CD4+and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+,among which the percentage of CD3+ have significant difference(P<0.01).(3)Safety indicators:after 3 months' radiotherapy, the control group has a higher aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase level and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group hasn't change(P>0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Thunder fire moxibustion therapy can reduce the incidence of radiation pneumonia, reduce the severity of radiation pneumonia. It can be used to improve the quality of life of cancer patients, effectively prevent and treat the radiation-induced lung injury.(2)Thunder fire moxibustion can improve the CD3+,CD4+percentage and CD4+/CD8+ratio of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets. This can improve that thunder fire moxibustion therapy can enhance immune function, effectively prevent and treat the radiation-induced lung injury.(3)Serious adverse reactions such as liver and kidney function damage does not appear in thunder fire moxibustion therapy through the process, and can reduce the production of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase.lt shows that thunder fire moxibustion therapy is a safe and effective method, and can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
