Acupuncture Combined With Thunder Fire Moxibustion Treatment Of Breast Hyperplasia(Liver Stagnation Type) Clinical Observation

Purpose: The oral Rupixiao thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture for treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands(liver stagnation type)clinical curative effect observation,clinical efficacy and comparative analysis of two kinds of treatment methods,and thus for the treatment of breast hyperplasia(liver qi stagnation)provide better treatment options.Method: Will meet the inclusion criteria of 64 cases of liver qi stagnation type breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group,the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion and acupoint selection: Rugen,Jianjing,t'ientsung,Tanzhong,Hegu,liver,Yu Xue foot three points.And with Zhao's thunder fire moxibustion on acupuncture at the same time,select the breasts bump and milk root,danzhong,Tianzong,with cyclotron moxibustion,with tolerance.The control group was treated with Rupixiao treatment,5 tablets each time,3 times / day,taking time for 30 min after meal,with warm boiling water delivery service,15 days before menstruation began taking,taking to menstruation.1 menstrual cycles for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 3 courses of treatment,the patients with signs and symptoms score records,and the establishment of a database for statistical analysis.Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5%,cure in 13 cases,markedly effective in 12 cases,effective in 4 cases,invalid in 2 cases.The total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%,cure in 9 cases,markedly effective in 10 cases,effective in 3 cases,ineffective in 8 cases.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion for treatment of liver qi stagnation type mammary gland hyperplasia has the effect of soothing the liver qi and relieving pain,regulating the endocrine system from the whole,and solving the local problem of breast as its mechanism.The clinical study showed that the curative effect of acupuncture combined with superior efficacy of oral Rupi breast hyperplasia thunder fire moxibustion liver qistagnation elimination.
