Observing Clinical Efficacy On Intractable Hiccups Treated By Metoclopramide Point Injection Combination With Acupuncture

Object:Observing clinical efficacy on intractable hiccups treated by Metoclopramide point injection combination with body acupuncture,intent to find a more efficient treatment in clinical. Methods:In this research,all 60 cases patients are from First Hosp ital of Wuhan were diagnosed efficacy on hiccups.Randomly divid ed them into 2 groups, treatment group(in this group patients are treated by point injection combination with commen acupunct ure) and control group(treated by body acupuncture),every gr oup owns 30 cases.The treatment group chooses zusanli, danzhong,cuanzu, zhongwan, neiguan,which are taked with ordinary acupun cture therapy, then take zusanli and geshu by point injection w ith metoclopramide.While control group only use ordinary acupun cture therapy on zusanli,geshu,weishu,zhongwan,neiguan. Acupunc ture 30 mins every day and 6 days made up one course,the treatme nt course is including 3 courses,18 days。After treatment, evaluate the effect between treatment group and control group.In tw o groups before and after treatment were onset time, the effect ive rate, the score of diet、sleeping and mental state observed respectively. Results:1.Comparision of onset time:Contrast between the two after treatment there was a differences(P<0.05)in onset time,and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Comparision of the effective rate:the treatment group total effective rate was 93.33%;the control group total effective rate was 76.67%.The comparison between the two groups(P<0.05), the difference is statistically significant.3.Comparision of the score of diet 、 sleeping and mental state:There was no statistical significance between the two groups on the score of diet 、 sleeping and mental state before treatment(P>0.05).When accomplished there were significant differences in the before-after study,not only of the treatment group on the score of diet、sleeping and mental state(P<0.01),but also of control group(P<0.01).There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Point injection with Metoclopramide combination with commen acupuncture and commen acupuncture are both effective method for treatmen of IH.the treatment group was better than the control group in onset time,effective rate and the score of diet、sleeping and mental state.
