Acute pancreatitis is due to pancreatic digestive zymogens of exocrine pancreatic tissue secretion abnormalities after activation of pancreatic digestion and adjacent organs and the inflammatory reaction caused by edema, hemorrhage and necrosis.Canine acute pancreatitis is one of the most common digestive diseases in pets.It is divided into two types:edema and hemorrhagic necrosis. The disease has many predisposing factors and is easy to develop.Early treatment has a good prognosis. If the treatment delay time, develop into severe pancreatitis, often with liver dysfunction, acute renal failure and so on,leading to increased mortality. The study was divided into two parts.First,an epidemiological investigation was carried out on 86 cases of canine pancreatitis diagnosed at a pet hospital in Fuzhou from April 2014 to December 2016.From these dogs, the etiological factors, clinical symptoms, laboratory examination, imaging manifestations, treatment, complications and prognosis were analyzed, further to understand the pathogenesis of canine pancreatitis and symptoms, provide some reference data for clinical diagnosis and treatment and prognosis of acute pancreatitis judgement.A total of 6 local healthy Chinese pastoral dogs were selected as experimental subjects, and the experiment was divided into 3 groups,2 dogs in each group. The A group AP(acute pancreatitis)group,B group for the conventional treatment group,C group received conventional treatment and ulinastatin treatment group. The acute pancreatitis model was constructed by retrograde injection of pancreatic duct, which was injected with sodium taurocholate and trypsin in the main pancreatic duct. After the establishment of the model, each group was treated with prescribed drugs. The response of animals after treatment was observed. The efficacy of ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis in dogs was systematically evaluated by clinical case analysis.
