Construction Of Acute Pancreatitis Model In Dogs And Meloxicam Treatment

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of meloxicam,a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug,on pancreatitis model dogs,and to seek new therapeutic approaches and provide theoretical basis for the treatment of canine acute pancreatitis.Methods: Twelve dogs of similar health,adulthood,weight(9±2kg),and(15 + 2)months of age were randomly divided into 4 groups,female and male are half and half: blank control group,positive control group,conventional treatment group,and meloxicam treatment group.Except for the blank group,the other three groups were in the form of surgery.Retrograde injections of sodium taurocholate and trypsin complex solution were performed on the parapancreatic duct,and a canine acute pancreatitis model was established successfully.The blank group was injected with the same volume of physiological saline.Before and 2 hours after operation,and 1 to 7 days after operation,the indexes of each group of model dogs were measured in 9 groups,and the routine group and meloxicam group were treated.Finally,the treatment effects of each group were compared.Results: After the model was constructed,the differences between AMY and LIP in the model group and the blank group on the first postoperative day were extremely significant,and the model was stable.All dog's body temperature,neutrophil,CRP were significantly increased after surgery,but the blank group returned to normal first,and the positive group still had abnormal body temperature 7 days after operation,including one dog on the 7th day after operation.death.The CRP and LIP in the meloxicam treatment group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.01).Conclusion: This experiment demonstrates that the canine pancreatitis model can be successfully established by retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate and trypsin to the parapancreatic duct,and the model is stable.Meloxicam treatment of canine pancreatitis.Compared with neutrophils,CRP gives more indications for the prognosis of canine pancreatitis.
