With the development of intelligent building,intelligent project management in the field of construction is getting more and more attention,and the scope of the project management in terms of what type of project plays a very important role,is the core of project management in general,clear the scope of the project,the project is also clear the final project goals and deliverables.Project scope management plays a guiding role in the implementation of the whole project to ensure the smooth completion of all the work required by the project.This paper take Free Trade Zone business building intelligent systems engineering project management as an example,combining with the present situation and development trend of domestic project management,using case analysis and literature analysis respectively from five aspects: the scope of the project management,scope management plan,scope definition,scope of creating a work breakdown structure and the scope of confirmation,control research and analysis,then the project scope change management research and analysis,finally put forward in the implementation of the project scope management problems and solutions.Through this paper,the five processes of the project scope management is how to carry out the division of management,each stage of each other,have the focus,especially the scope of the project management and control scope change management must be in accordance with the provisions of the process to go,to prevent adverse effects on the project,the project in a favorable direction,I hope this paper can do some help for the work in the field of management personnel in intelligence.
