Research On Scope Management Of Civil Aviation Airspace Management System Project

In recent years,in order to improve the efficiency of airspace resource management and build a scientific,efficient,intelligent,unified and three-dimensional airspace resource management system that matches the needs of civil aviation development,it is necessary to accelerate the promotion of civil aviation airspace management system project(also known as civil aviation airspace management system development project).However,such projects still have shortcomings.In order to solve the problems existing in the development project of civil aviation airspace management system,this paper studies the development project of airspace management system based on PDCA management cycle.First of all,through the questionnaire method to investigate and summarize the current situation of airspace management system development project,the paper concludes that there are problems in the project scope management of civil aviation airspace management system.Through interview and causal analysis,the key reasons for the problems are:weak awareness of project scope management,loose process of project requirement development,unscientific control of project requirement change.Secondly,using the knowledge of scope management and the experience of successful projects,we can get the corresponding improvement measures:enhance the awareness of scope management,improve the process of project requirement development,and optimize the process of project requirement change.Finally,taking the civil KY route change approval business system project as an example,the feasibility and effect of the improvement measures are verified.The verification effect is good.It is proved that the improved scheme is worth popularizing in the development project of civil aviation airspace management system or other projects with similar problems.
