Intelligent Project Scope Management Research

In the process of intelligent building construction, project scope management is an important factor to continue the project normally. Involved with increase of the breadth and depth in the intelligent construction, more and more people realize the importance of scope management. In the actual construction process, the fuzzy initial demand, the lack of strength in the process of changing institutional constraints, and the application acceptance stage of the negative views of many departments make the parties involved in the project suffered enough.For the reason,effective and efficient project scope management is the good way to solve these problems.In this paper, for example of an intelligent project, using the tool of work breakdown structure (WBS), the whole system will be broken down into specific intelligence engineering subsystems, and the various subsystems are described.In the field of intelligent construction, it is difficult to ensure that the scope of construction project can not be changed. To reduce the scope of change, three aspects should be done:first, make accurate positioning project needs and find enough work to do; Second, scientificly define the scope of the project and delete the unnecessary work; third, control change effectively and ensure the work to be done in order to achieve project objectives.In this paper, from the reality of project management experience, I comprehensively summarize and propose key strategy in scope management of the project; And the following points of view are made,that intellectualized design should be done by professional design agency, intellectualized construction should be completed a professional construction team, intellectualized construction commissioning should be in accordance with the required standard.And the paper can help project management staff.
