| In the face of increasingly serious energy shortage and environmental issues, and the construction industry as an important part of the economy, energy saving and emission reduction work has a long way to go. Green building is not only the needs of national economic development, but also the inherent requirement of building sustainable development.Compared with the traditional building, green building is a more complicated systematic project, which content involves the whole life cycle of the project. In addition, although our project management has been decades, but construction projects currently focus on project scope management systems analysis with little research, resulting in the definition of pre-project phase of the project is not sufficient, greatly reducing the chances of success of the project. How to define and manage the green construction project systematically and effectively, and how to establish the system of the green construction project quickly, become the primary problem to the success of the green construction project.Based on the theory of project life cycle(PLC), this paper researches the scope management of green construction projects, to construct a green building projects management system, through the project scope planning, scope definition, scope analysis system interface,range and scope of change control management assessment;This paper analyzes the elements of scope management in the decision-making phase, design phase, construction phase and operation and maintenance phase, to ensure the construction project to realize the goals of "A green four sections".In this paper, the logical point of green building projects management system is the main line. In terms of the scope of management planning, this paper analyzes its connotation and basic management methods, and from the view of logical dimension, time dimension and stakeholders to build dimensions range management system. In the scope definitions, this paper from the decision-making system, system design, system implementation, and operation and maintenance systems analyses the indicators of the green building projects to define the scopesystem; the same time, this paper analyses the influence of the interface on the scope and proposes the interface management mechanism of the Focal-point. In the aspect of scope change control, this paper analyzes the structure factors and proposed scope of each stage and improve management processes. In the scope of management evaluation phase, uses the methods of AHP, WBS matrix, DSM and cluster analysis, from the scope of management evaluation reliance and integration indicators to assess both the level of green construction project scope management, to ensure the effectiveness of the range management.The management system of green building projects helps to success of the green construction projects, and conducives to the promotion of green building. This paper puts forward the evaluation method of the green construction project scope management level, can be used as the process evaluation and post evaluation method of construction project scope management. |
