Study On Scope Management And Time Management Of Process Management Software Project

With the concept of “electrification,networking,intelligence,sharing” the design,manufacturing,supply chain,intelligent network and other aspects of the automobile manufacturing process have been put forward higher requirements.Major automobile companies have carried out a large number of informatization software development projects in order to enhance the systematization ability of various business areas in such circumstance.Such informatization projects focus on systematization ability building usually have complicated business backgrounds and processes,and there are problems such as difficulty in figuring out the project objectives,defining the scope of the project,easy spread of the project scope.At the same time,due to the abstraction of project requirements,the time management of the project also faces many challenges.Therefore,it is worthwhile to study the scope and time management method of software development projects aiming at systematization capacity building.This paper takes the problems of ‘process management software project' in the manufacturing field of S company,and give the concept of process-driven IT project.It also summarizes the characteristics and common problems of such projects and give the project management methods and tools to optimize scope and time management processes.This paper uses the scope management theory in the PMI project management system as the theoretical basis,and redefines the implementation method of scope management,including business goal grooming,business process and data object definition,business scenario grooming,system requirements collection,and construction of requirements management matrix,defines the scope of the project.It also defines the core objectives of each step,the main work and the methods and tools can be used.At the same time,this paper also optimizes the method of time management.It defines the standard WBS work breakdown structure template applicable to informatization project,the method of task tracking and change assessment based on RTM demand tracking matrix.RTM can also be used on the project deviation analysis.Through the introduction of the above methods and tools,the progress management process is more suitable for the characteristics of process-driven IT projects.Finally,this paper summarizes the effects of the improved management method in the process management software project,and verifies the application value of the management methodology,but also points out the shortcomings and problems of the current management method,and the improvement direction.
