The construction industry modernization has been concerned at home and abroad Since it was proposed.BIM technology as an important technical support for the construction industry modernization,through the application at home and abroad,is gradually showing its value.Building industrialization is the core of the construction industry modernization,precast concrete structure is the main mode of production,the precast element is the most important landmark product of building industrialization.The design,production and installation of precast element are complex,need to integrate a number of professional related technologies,through the whole life cycle of industrial buildings.Based on a project of industrialized house in Wuhan,aiming at the above problems,this paper has studied the design flow of precast concrete structure and the resolution principle of precast element,and took an example of a unit in the standard building of Building 1,the concrete splitting method of the precast element is studied.Through the new BIM software Allplan Precast to build a BIM model of the industrialized house in Wuhan,this paper has proposed a specific BIM modeling method based on Allplan Precast.After systematically combing the creation process of the precast element library,taking the building 1 as an example,precast element library has established to facilitate the management and deepening of the precast element.There are many kinds of precast element in industrial buildings,which make it difficult to manage and inquire relevant information.In this paper,the precast element library has constructed to realize the visualization and intelligent management of precast element by the BIM technology.In view of the problems of complicated construction checking process and large workload of precast element,the checking program of precast element is developed.This program includes the development of checking the main program,batch checking program and statement generation program.This program can be directly imported into the list of precast element construction calculation program,batch verification,and can expert the statement,realized the visual inspection of the query process,greatly reduced the workload of the construction checking of the precast element in actual project,improve the design efficiency.
