As an important part of traffic construction,prestressed concrete girder bridges have been developed rapidly.In the range of 40-200 meters,the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is often an ideal bridge from the view of structural stress and economy.Therefore,the research on the key technology of the design and construction of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge is also very important.This paper for prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge(1×12.5+5×20m)to study the key technology of design and construction,based on construction technology and research experience on the further study of the construction technology for superstructure of the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge and some problems in the continuous Liang Qiaoshi technology,and calculation analysis.The main research work is as follows:1,Discusses the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge at home and abroad.This paper discusses the practical significance of construction control theory from two aspects of necessity and importance.The main contents of this paper are presented,and the design calculation theory and analysis method of prestressed concrete beam bridge are presented.2,From the content,method,structure analysis and construction of the key point of the construction of prestressed concrete continuous beam control theory;in the numerous factors influencing the construction control effect in the comprehensive consideration of factors to make the bridge deviate from the ideal state of the design,to better guide construction.3,This paper introduces and analyzes the characteristics of the project from the point of view of practical construction.Mainly include: bridge survey,the number of major projects,the design of technical standards,technical conditions,main materials,box beam structure design and construction points,and put forward the construction of possible problems and the corresponding solutions.This paper introduces the construction organization design of the project in detail,including personnel,material,machinery and so on.4,According to the existing design specifications and experience to design parameters of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge,using finite element analysis software Midas Civil to establish the calculation model,calculation and analysis of internal force and deformation of the whole bridge,including the cantilever construction stage the T structure changes of internal force and deflection.Finally,through the establishment of finite element analysis model,the simulation analysis of the whole process of the construction is carried out,and the most unfavorable stress situation and the overall stress state of the prestressed concrete beam bridge construction process are studied.
