| Since 2015,Supply-side reform has become a hot topic of discussion among all sectors of society.As the pillar industry of national economic development,the construction industry shows the necessity of reform in the industrial structure,the mode of production and the supporting system.With the introduction of the 13 th five-year plan,The modernization of the construction industry will be the new direction of traditional construction reform.The modernization of the construction industry is the transformation from the traditional crude production mode to the modern intensive production mode,which is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the realization of green and sustainable development.At present,our country all levels of the government is actively promoting the modernization of construction industry development strategy,but as a result of the government’s limited ability and unequal enterprise diversification demand,resources shortage and repeated construction restricts the development of modern construction industry.As a resource allocation means,the industrial alliance is the third element outside government and enterprises,which can effectively make up for the shortage of government resources and meet the diversified needs of enterprises.Industrial alliance is of great importance in the development of emerging industries.This paper innovatively introduces the theory of industrial alliance into the modernization of the construction industry,and proposes the establishment of construction industry modernization alliances to promote the modernization of the construction industry.Firstly,the paper analyzes the background of the constructionindustry modernization alliance and expounds the connotation,function and theoretical basis of construction industry modernization alliances.Secondly,in view of the modern construction industry alliance to form a model for research,according to different alliance main unit,the modern construction industry alliance can be divided into the government leading,enterprise leading,universities and research institutions leading three alliance mode.Then,by analyzing the current situation of the development of construction industry of shaoxing city,this article from the organizing mode selection,institutional setting and information platform construction,etc,studied the forming process of ShaoXing construction industry modernization alliances.Then,according to the modern construction industry growth cycle of the alliance,the alliance with the dynamic mechanism,conflict coordination mechanism,constraint mechanism,interest distribution mechanism and training mechanism are analyzed.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward for the development of the construction industry modernization alliance in shaoxing. |
