| This paper based on the studying of the quality control system of the modernization of construction industry, the whole paper mainly contained the following four aspects. Using comparative study method, this paper researched the quality control system in different countries and the several different kinds of domestic concrete structure system.This paper is of important theoretical and practical significance:First, this paper studied the quality monitoring system of modernization of construction industry in foreign countries. By analyzing the development procedure and current situation of the housing industrialization in Japan, France and America, summarizing the emphasis points of quality monitoring system and the difference of the management mode in foreign countries. This studying aimed at drawing advanced experience from the foreign countries.Second, this paper studied the structure system of modernization of construction industry. By analyzing the several different kinds of domestic concrete structure system, finding out the precast unit’s construction technology. This studying aimed at summarizing the emphasis points of the different construction system.Third, this paper studied the technical points of the quality control of the modernization of construction industry. Aiming at finding out the technical points of the quality control during the different procedure.Finally, this paper built the quality control system of the modernization of construction industry, proposed the “331†quality control system. |
