Research On The Application Of BIM Technology For The Modernization Of Construction Industry

China is making great efforts to support the modernization of the construction industry,and actively promoting the application of building information model(hereinafter referred to as BIM).But we are still in the initial stage.The author has seen the tremendous power and potential of information technology in the process of promoting the development of the industry,making the application of BIM technology in the background of building industry development as the research subject.In this thesis,the specific application of BIM technology in the construction industry is described.In addition,the author also makes a quantitative study on the application value of BIM technology in construction enterprises from the perspective of construction enterprises.Based on the background of the modernization of the construction industry development,the author combined the concept and characteristics of BIM technology with the participation of tasks in various stages of the life cycle of construction program,studying on the specific application of BIM technology in construction enterprises.This thesis mainly has five parts:First of all,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research and application status of background and the related field,and gives the structure of the thesis.The second part is about the concept and development of modern construction industry and BIM technology.The third part puts forward the research question.Research on the application of BIM technology for the modernization of the construction industry;discuss about the actual project in the specific application of BIM technology.The fourth part is the quantitative research,the quantitative description of BIM application value.
