With the development of science and technology,The use of new technologies in the construction industry is also constantly updated.The application of BIM Technology is an important direction of the development of the construction industry in China.Bridge is a special building,but also facing the opportunities and challenges brought by the use of BIM new technologies.Only by continuous learning and innovation,can the economic benefits of bridge construction be improved in the competition and not be eliminated by the wheel of the times.Based on the background of a bridge project,this paper explores the application of BIM Technology in the construction management of special-shaped structure bridge by learning the basic theory of BIM Technology and the use of BIM software.Based on the analysis of different modeling and functional characteristics of BIM software,rhinoceros is selected as the modeling software in combination with the actual project.The three-dimensional model of the bridge is established,and the finite element analysis software and other related software are used for analysis,so that the practical problems encountered in the bridge construction management can be solved through the application of BIM Technology.In this paper,the application of BIM Technology in the construction management of a bridge project is preliminarily studied.The research contents mainly include the following aspects:(1)Using BIM Technology,based on the determined bridge building scheme,combined with the design drawings for three-dimensional modeling,and then carry out the design drawings collision inspection and analysis,immediately modify the design drawings if any problems are found,and repeat the cycle until all design problems are solved.Rhinoceros for the project As a modeling software,the three-dimensional model of the bridge is established.The important parameters of the bridge design are analyzed numerically with Midas 2013,the accuracy of the construction drawing design is rechecked,the conflict with the adjacent buildings is found through collision inspection,and the design modification is made in advance,which reduces the waste of the bridge construction cost and avoids the overall impact of the design change on the project construction progress Ring,At the same time,the application of BIM technology in collaborative design and fine design is illustrated with examples;(2)BIM modeling is used to study the whole construction management process of special-shaped pier,which solves the problems of difficult construction quality control and complex construction management.First of all,through understanding the design concept,establishing three-dimensional model,analyzing the key and difficult points in the construction management process,then using three-dimensional model to guide the production of steel formwork,to ensure the construction quality,then according to the model to determine the size of steel cutting,to avoid waste of raw materials,save costs,finally using three-dimensional model for safety disclosure,to eliminate potential safety hazards,to ensure the work of construction workers Industrial safety.Through the application examples of this project,this paper summarizes the technical points and technological process in the construction process of ring cantilever pier,special-shaped gate type pier with diagonal bracing,special-shaped hyperboloid pier,and puts forward the construction method of BIM modeling + construction drawing deepening + multi pouring forming to solve the construction management problems of safety and quality in the actual construction,which not only reduces the cost,but also ensures the safety and quality in the actual construction Construction period;(3)The three-dimensional model of curved box girder is established by BIM Technology to solve the problem of how to meet the construction accuracy requirements of curved box girder and ensure the smooth construction of bridge deck.By comparing the characteristics of traditional measurement technology,when measuring and setting out,the key points of formwork setting out are determined on the basis of the model,and the accuracy of non key point formwork installation is checked by BIM Technology,and then the model is adopted The installation position and sequence of reinforcement and formwork shall be determined in advance to avoid quality problems in box girder construction.Through the analysis of three-dimensional model,the key and difficult points of construction are clarified,solutions are put forward,construction efficiency is improved,and on-site construction quality and safety disclosure is carried out by using the model,which is more intuitive and ensures the safety and efficiency of project construction.This paper takes a landscape bridge as the research object,using BIM Technology in the design process,collision inspection found the conflict with the adjacent buildings,which provided great help for the project construction management in advance control,and made analysis and prediction in advance for the key and difficult problems encountered in the construction of special-shaped pier column and arc-shaped box girder as well as the problems in the actual construction,which is effective in technology It supports the bridge construction management and has certain guiding significance for the site construction management,so as to provide reference for similar bridge construction management in the future.
