As one of the national pillar industries, nuclear power industry plays an important role in the development of the national economy. Nuclear power engineering management information system project has the features of multi function interface, complex integration technology, difficulty in development, and the system need cover the whole process of EPC project, so the whole project risk is relatively large. Neclear power engineering management information system project risk management has gradually become an important part of nuclear power EPC general contracting project management.In this paper, with the tool of project risk management theory, studying the risk management issues of EPC nuclear power engineering management information system development project. First of all, the risk of nuclear power engineering management information system development project is identified. Then the qualitative risk is analyzed from the schedule, cost, technology, demand, staff, management, performance, at the same time, the quantitative risk is analyzed from schedule, cost, technology, demand, staff, management, performance by the method of AHP level analysis. Finally, on the basis of risk analysis, the risk response strategy is studied on the great potential risk of technology, demand and schedule, and puts forward some concrete measures. |
