As the economy development accelerates,energy,environmental and other problems for human becomes significant.Nuclear energy helps people because of many advantages such as convenient transportation,efficient and clean,etc.Many nuclear power engineering projects are being built,however,the public still doesn't think it is safe of Nuclear Power Plants(NPPs),and the nuclear accident happened in Fukushima even brings this issue to the forefront of public opinion.The development gets all kinds of challenges.Engineering design is very important to Nuclear Power Plants.The engineering design's participants are closely related with the quality and progress,and it also decides the degree of reliability and validity.Grounding and lightning protection system of Nuclear Power Plants protects the safety of facilities and personnel in Nuclear Power Plants mainly.The successful completion and qualification is not only essential for the operation of NPPs,but also needed for safeguard before the whole plant operates,and all the design stages of Nuclear Power Plant grounding and lightning protection system engineering shows different.This paper,through the study of risk management theory,and the characteristics of engineering design and management of grounding and lightning protection system of Nuclear Power Plants and the author's own practical experience,through the brainstorming method,identifies main risk factors of grounding and lightning protection system design in Nuclear Power Plants and made a risk list.Based on the risk list,the Delphi method is used to eliminate the relative influence of the original risk factors and the factors of the common factor.The risk assessment of the engineering design of the Nuclear Power grounding and lightning protection system is established.Then the risk integrated evaluation model is established by using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy integrated evaluation method.The risk response system is also established by analyzing the demand and model of the risk response of the grounding and lightning protection system of the Nuclear Power Plant.All these,including risk list,risk identification index system,risk integrated evaluation model and risk response system for grounding and lightning protection system engineering in Nuclear Power Plant.To some extent,this model makes the risk management work of the design for grounding and lightning protection system engineering in Nuclear Power Plant more standard and easy to operate.Thus it may provide help and reference for the related personnel engaged in risk management work.
