Hunan Huaqingtai Sludge Treatment Technology Co.,Ltd(Huaqingtai hereinafter)is an environmental protection company specialized in sludge treatment in Changsha,Hunan province.It has the core tec hnology in the area of urban sludge treatment.The company is right in the front line of the key areas of national environmental governance.What is of great significance to it is to properly analyze the situation inside and outside the company,seize the opportunity brought by the major trend,develop an appropriated development strategy and implement it in an orderly way.Taking Huaqingtai as the study object,this paper analyzes and studies its operation environment by using PEST analysis method and Mich ael Porter's five forces model.Then the paper adopts SWOT method to analyze the development opportunities and challenges faced by Huaqingtai.Its EFI sludge treatment technology enables itself to have a competitive edge in the segment of sludge treatment.Moreover,driven by national environmental policies,it is in the forefront of the exploding environment-protection industry.Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the company,this paper develops a realistic corporate strategy system for it,including the overall strategy,competitive strategy and functional strategy.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of these strategies,this paper also proposes the steps of strategy implementation and puts forward the safeguard measures of the strategy implementation.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the strategic development of Huaqingtai,and a decision reference to create and maintain competitive edge when opening the market.At the same time,the paper also provides theoretical analysis framework and decision reference for the strategy formulation,strategy choice and strategy implementation of other companies in the environmental protection industry.
