In recent years,the market in chromatography technology has shown strong growth tendency under the influence of related industries.Chromatography is the separation and purification of one or more active components of plant materials by physical,chemical and biological means.It is widely used in plant medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,food additive,functional food,daily chemical,plant pesticide and veterinary medicine.As many policies have been carried out to support the pharmaceutical industry,the drug quality control is increasingly strict;At the same time,the state has increased its supervision of the food industry because the food problem is getting worse.All the requirements call for the enhancement of chromatographic technology and the support of chromatographic products.The market of chromatography is strongly stimulated and driven.BM Technology Development Co.,Ltd.provides high quality chromatography separation products,equipment and technical services for traditional Chinese medicine,bio-medicine and chemistry.Although BM company has laid a good foundation for its development in recent years,in order to face the changing market,it is very important to establish and formulate the appropriate strategic direction and improve the internal management situation.Based on the theory of strategic management and the background of the development of the industry and BM company,this paper intends to generate the development strategy of BM company.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic,the theory of enterprise strategy management,the content,method and technical line of the study.The second part analyzes the environment of the market,politics,society,science and technology,and expounds the external environmental factors of BM Company.The third part,from the view of internal management,introduce BM internal development environment factors.The fourth part,based on the internal and external environmental factors,using SWOT model analysis to formulate the company's strategic development goals and plan.The fifth part,puts forward the strategy implementation measures in market development,fund raising management,product development and service innovation and human resources development.
