With the high-speed development of national economy and people gradually increase the level of consumption,aircraft and other transportation tool in the proportion of People's Daily life is more and more big,the motor vehicle ownership in China is growing especially fast.At the end of 2014,China's motor vehicle has a total of 264 million cars,among them 154 million cars,motor vehicle drivers exceed 300 million people,including vehicle driving more than 246 million people.At the same time,sales of finished products such as gasoline,diesel also are increasing with large rapidity,and the consumption structure of domestic residents has been upgraded from quantity type to quality type.However,the quality of refined oil products in china have obvious difference with international standard as before.In particular,the detergency data of oil is still a gap in the market and the tendency of deposit formation in the engine is more serious.Therefore,effective fuel additives are particularly important,and this is also the inevitable trend in the development of China's vehicle oil cleaning.At present domestic fuel additives market is still in its infancy,YT company located in tianjin in the new product research and development,manufacture,promotion,marketing also has the huge development space,how to choose the enterprise development strategies,enhance their strength,get the initiative in the competition,is a major challenge for YT company managers.In this paper,on the basis of the strategic management theory,combined with the actual business operation status of YT company,the systemic research on the problems of the development strategy of the company,to determine the next step development train of thought and competition strategy.This paper analyzes the international and domestic market present situation and development trend of fuel additives,using porter's "five model" in the industry are analyzed in the same industry competition,the buyer bargaining ability,the seller bargaining ability,the threat of potential entrants and the threat of substitute products,and illuminates the bank industry in the competitive landscape.The author uses the SWOT analysis method to YT company internal environment analysis,detailed elaborated the YT external opportunities and threats for the development of the company,internal strengths and weaknesses.In the external environment and internal resources to the company on the basis of analytic the conditions,determine the enhanced strategy of product and market development,the integration management strategy of horizontal integration,defensive strategy in the joint venture,cooperative and competitive strategy of cost leadership as a company's development strategy.Finally,the author put forward some guarantee of the effective implementation of the development strategy of the safeguard measures,including: the optimization of organization structure mode,perfecting the human resource management,focus on corporate culture construction,etc.
