Study On Coupling Evaluation Of Marine Industrial Agglomeration And Regional Resources And Environment In Fujian Province

Since twenty-first Century,the development of marine resources around the coastal countries gradually becomes the opportunity to seize the commanding heights of future world economic development.And China's strategy of "marine power" also highlights the determination to develop the marine economy.The agglomeration benefit brought by the development of marine industry agglomeration can effectively promote industrial development and regional economy,which is an effective mode of marine industry development,but also has its limitations.Its development is also restricted by resources and environment.Only by considering the development of marine industry and the carrying capacity of regional resources and environment can achieve the sustainable development of marine industry and the "ocean power dream."As china's marine province,Fujian has superior geographical position and abundant marine resources,which has huge potential for marine economic development.Under the background of "ocean power dream" and marine ecological civilization construction,how to achieve the benign interaction development of marine industry agglomeration and resource environment is especially significant in Fujian province.By combing domestic and foreign research literature,this paper firstly defines the related concepts,and discusses the coupling mechanism of marine industrial agglomeration and resource environment in detail;Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of marine industry agglomeration and resources environment in Fujian province;Thirdly,the gray correlation analysis is used to test the coupling effect of marine industrial agglomeration and resource environment system;Then,the coupling development evaluation model is introduced to further determine the coupling coordination development degree of the two system.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of marine industry agglomeration and resources and environment in Fujian Province.The results of this study showed that the coupling relationship among the factors of marine industry agglomeration system and resource environment system of Fujian Province is above the moderate correlation.While the coupling coordination type is hovering between primary coordination and intermediate coordination,and the coupling mechanism whole is in the middlelevel.In order to move to higher coupling types,the key is to adjust and optimize the agglomeration structure.The measures of promote the upgrading of marine industry agglomeration and building marine ecological civilization should be adopted to further enhance the level of coordinated development of this two systems.
