Nowadays,the production and consumption of Chinese culture and related products have entered the "blowout era",and the cultural industry has developed rapidly,and occupying an increasingly important position in the development of national economy.However,there are still some deficiencies in the development of culture and related industries in China,such as the level of industrial development still needs to be improved,and the core content of industrial development is not compatible with the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses.Therefore,it becomes focus of common concern in academic that how to realize rational allocation of cultural resources and improve the efficiency of industrial technology by means of industrial agglomeration according to the differences of regional economic environment.It has important practical significance.This paper has some innovations.In the regional division of the research object,this paper not only calculates the agglomeration of provinces,but also divides China into eight economic zones for agglomeration degree analysis.In terms of research methods,this paper uses quantile regression to study the impact of cultural and related industrial agglomeration on technological efficiency.Because multiple regression cannot measure the overall distribution of variables.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows.Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic data of cultural industry and finds the overall development level of cultural industry in Shandong,Jiangsu and Guangdong are relatively high.Then the paper uses three indicators to analyze the agglomeration characteristics of Chinese cultural industries and sub-industries in recent years.The analysis results show that there are great differences in the level of cultural industry in each region of China.Cultural manufacturing industry of Guangdong has a high degree of agglomeration,holding a safe lead in 31 provinces.Beijing has the highest agglomeration level in cultural service industry and cultural retail industry.Meanwhile according to technical efficiency indexes,it is found that there are also differences between the scale economy level and resource allocation level of cultural industry among most provinces and cities in China.The overall technical efficiency of cultural manufacturing in Tianjin,Inner Mongolia and Hainan are higher than other provinces.The comprehensive technical efficiency of cultural service industry in Beijing,Zhejiang and Qinghai belongs are technical efficiency.The overall technical efficiency of cultural retailing industry is relatively low and the top three technical efficiency are Jiangsu,Beijing and Guangdong.In order to make a deeper analysis,this paper further uses the quantile regression method to study the relationship between the agglomeration level of cultural industry and the comprehensive technical efficiency.The results show that promoting the agglomeration of cultural industry can significantly improve the technical efficiency,especially for the regions in low technological level of cultural manufacturing industry and cultural service industry and the regions in high technological efficiency of cultural retailing industry.Therefore,it is suggested that we should promote the agglomeration of cultural industries and increase investment in fixed assets and foreign direct investment and enhance the level of education so as to enhance the technical efficiency of cultural services,cultural wholesale and retail industries and cultural manufacturing industries.Then the economic benefits and development of cultural industry will be promoted.
