An Empirical Analysis On The Optimization Of Modern Marine Industry System In Beibu Gulf Area

With the rapid development of China undefineds marine economy in recent years,the marine industry is changing from traditional marine industry to modern marine industry.However,with the innovation of marine scientific knowledge and the development of marine high and new technology,the scale and scope of ocean development are constantly expanding,and the number of new marine industries is increasing day by day.It puts forward higher requirements for the system structure of marine industry,obviously,scientific.The systematized modern marine industry system,as the technical support for the overall exploitation of marine resources,is the important basis for the coordinated and sustainable development of the economic,social and ecological benefits of the marine industry.The Beibu Gulf region is rich in marine resources,such as beaches,marine tourism and marine renewable energy.At the same time,as a new urban cluster at the national strategic level,the Beibu Gulf region has taken measures according to local conditions and made good use of the unique geographical advantages and green of the Beibu Gulf region.It is of great practical significance to optimize the modern marine industry system scientifically and pertinently to provide reference for the development of marine economy in Beibu Gulf region,whether it is to the economic development in the region or to the great development at the national level,which is of great significance to the development of the marine economy in the Beibu Gulf region.Based on the theory of industrial structure,the theory of industrial layout and the theory of industrial aggregation,this paper adopts the methods of systematic research,comparative analysis,grey relational analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and so on.The optimization of modern marine industry system in Beibu Gulf area is studied.The paper is divided into eight parts,the first part is the introduction part,mainly introduces the research background and significance,research methods,research content and research innovation and shortcomings;The second part defines the relevant concepts of the paper,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis of the paper;the third part combs the present situation of the development of modern marine industrial structure in Beibu Gulf area,and summarizes the existing problems.The fourth part carries on the correlation and the forecast to the Beibu Gulf area marine industry through the grey relational analysis;The fifth part summarizes the relevant experience of the optimization of modern marine industry system at home and abroad,and provides some reference for the construction of modern marine industry in Beibu Gulf region.The sixth part introduces the focus of the development of the marine industry in Beibu Gulf area in detail;the seventh part puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the modern marine industrial system in the Beibu Gulf region;the eighth part is the conclusion and discussion.Through the research,the following basic knowledge is formed:(1)there are some negative externalities in the development of marine industry in Beibu Gulf,which is not conducive to the development of regional marine economy;(2)the optimization of modern marine industry system at home and abroad mainly includes scientific and technological innovation,ecological protection,talent training and policy support;(3)the modern marine industry system in Beibu Gulf region needs to be optimized according to the principle of "traditional industrial transformation and upgrading,increasing the proportion of new industries".
