Global climate governance has gone through nearly three decades of history and the international community gradually build a set of legally binding system, among which the most basic two documents are the "United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change" and "Kyoto Protocol".December 12,2015 Global climate governance has welcomed the landmark Paris Agreement, which not only makes arrangements for global action to address climate change after 2020,but also brings new challenges for China's participation in global climate. The Paris Climate Conference amended the "Kyoto" model and replace the "common but differentiated responsibilities and their respective capabilities" to "global responsibility shared" plus "national self-help contribution reductions".China has put forward an ambitious national self-help contribution goal before the Paris Climate Conference.Under the new situation of global climate governance,it is of great importance for China to implement the Paris Agreement. This paper analyzes the impact of China on the Paris Agreement and the impact of the Paris Agreement on China, and then analyzes the challenges that China face in fulfilling the Paris Agreement in post-Paris era. They are the challenge of fulfilling Paris Agreement, the challenge of domestic low-carbon economy transformation and the challenge of diplomacy. In the last chapter, this essay believes that China should make efforts to build a low-carbon and efficient modern energy system and accelerate the transformation of economic structure, actively respond to problems of the clean development mechanism in China and to strengthen international cooperation in the field of low-carbon energy technology;to increase dialogue and consultation between China and the United States and to continue to consolidate "South-South cooperation".
