Influence Of US's Withdrew From Paris Agreement On Global Climate Change

Climate change is the global challenge that faces the most complicated fields,the most extensive and the longest duration.The global problem of climate determines the cooperation between countries.From the United Nations Framework Convention on climate change to the Kyoto Protocol to the Paris Agreement,it shows that global climate governance has formed a relatively complete system.Starting from the Paris Agreement,this paper analyzes the impact of the US withdrawal from the Paris Agreement on Global Climate Governance from three aspects.First,the impact on global carbon emission reduction: it is possible to increase the difficulty of achieving the target of the established emission reduction and have an impact on the willingness and ability of the parties to the Paris Agreement to reduce emissions.Second,the impact of global climate funding will reduce the scale of "climate finance" and change the structure of global "climate finance".Third,the impact on the Global Climate Governance science and technology cooperation: the problem of the ownership of intellectual property is becoming more and more difficult to solve and the developing countries in scientific and technological cooperation will be affected by both negative and positive effects.Finally,the paper discusses the new challenges faced by China's Global Climate Governance and give the countermeasures.These are of great theoretical and practical significance for China to actively participate in Global Climate Governance and achieve the goal of sustainable development of mankind.The withdrawal of the Paris Agreement by the United States is a major test for Global Climate Governance,and all countries in the world are also at the end of a major historical choice.If every country or related group can push forward the implementation of the Paris Agreement and fulfill the contract in a timely manner,no matter how the US attitude is,global climate governance will usher in a new height.In this important period,China should actively explore with other parties on Climate Governance in a more active manner.The international community will be full of expectations for China to guide global climate governance,but China should deal with it carefully by weighing the advantages and disadvantages of all aspects.
