The Paris Agreement was adopted on December 12,2015 at the 21 st UN Conference on Climate Change.From the "United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change" to the "Kyoto Protocol" to the "Paris Agreement",the international governance mechanisms for climate change are constantly changing.As a responsible big country,China shoulders the important mission of global climate governance.The paper addresses three new changes brought about by the Paris Agreement to the climate change governance mechanism with new changes in climate change governance mechanisms and China's response to the problem.The drawbacks brought about by the changes and China's response.The first chapter introduces the introduction,mainly introduces the background of the topic,the significance of the topic,the status of research at home and abroad,the content of the study,the research methods,and the innovation and deficiency of the article.The second chapter introduces the evolution and development of the climate change governance mechanism.This chapter is divided into three sections.The first section describes the overview of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.The second section describes the overview of the Kyoto Protocol.The third section introduces the Paris Agreement.Overview,introduced in terms of its content and characteristics.The third chapter introduces one of the new developments in the international governance mechanism of climate change: from the "top down" model to the "bottom up" transformation.This chapter is divided into three sections and elaborates on the relevant changes.The first section introduces the introduction of the climate change mechanism from the "top down" model to the "bottom up" transformation.It will elaborate on the new system of the "Paris Agreement",that is,the national autonomous contribution system.The second section introduces the drawbacks of the "bottom-up" model.The third section introduces China's response to the “bottom-up” mechanism.The fourth chapter introduces the new development of the international governance mechanism of climate change: from the "binary" model to the "three-way" model.This chapter is divided into two sections.The first section introduces the concepts of the "binary" and "triple" modes,and the embodiment of the "ternary" model in the "Paris Agreement." Thesecond section introduces the drawbacks of the "triple" model.The third section introduces China's response to the “three yuan” model.The fifth chapter introduces the third development of the international governance mechanism of climate change,the CBDR principle(ie common but differentiated responsibilities)from the strong "difference" to the strong "common" principle.This chapter is divided into two sections.The first section introduces the connotation and legitimacy of the CBDR principle and the embodiment of the "common" principle in the Paris Agreement.The second section introduces the predicament of the CBDR principle.The third section introduces China's response to the predicament of the CBDR principle.
