As global temperatures continue to rise, natural disasters such as glaciers melting, sea level rising, typhoons occurring frequently, and droughts in inland will seriously threaten the future of human survival. As one of the non-traditional security issues, global climate change is characterized by trans-nationality,sovereignty,and collaboration. This determines that the resolution of climate change issues require international cooperation and concerted action,so global climate governance emerges as the times require.Global climate governance has gone through nearly three decades. From the signing of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change to the entry into force of the Paris Agreement, global climate governance has formed a relatively mature institutional system. However, the process of the development of global climate governance is not going smoothly. With the challenges of the differences between developed countries and developed countries, developed countries and developing countries in international climate negotiations,it can be said that global climate governance advances through countries meeting each other half way.In the Post-Paris Agreement Era,global climate governance is faced with how to implement the Paris Agreement and how to deal with the withdrawal of the United States from the Paris Agreement. The attitudes and actions of China and the EU,as important players in global climate governance, will affect the prospect of global climate governance. This paper mainly explores the status quo of China-EU climate relations and how to further deepen China-EU climate cooperation in the three directions with the differences, cooperation and prospects in the post-Paris Agreement era.The first chapter mainly expounds the development of global climate governance governance, which is elaborated from two aspects: Per-preparation,formation and development, focusing on the new characteristics of global climate governance in the post-Paris Agreement era.The second chapter mainly discusses the main differences and causes of China-EU global climate governance in the post-Paris Agreement era, including the differences and reasons for the principle of Common But Differentiated Responsibilities(CBDR)and the effectiveness of the Paris Agreement. The third chapter discusses the China-EU climate cooperation in the post-Paris Agreement era,the reasons for China's participation in global climate governance, the reasons for European Union's participation in global climate governance, the forms and characteristics of China-EU climate cooperation, and the impact of China-EU climate cooperation on global climate governance. The fourth chapter discusses the prospects and countermeasures of China-EU climate cooperation in the post-Paris Agreement era,and analyzes the challenges of future China-EU climate cooperation and the future China-EU cooperation countermeasures.
