Enterprise middle managers are the backbone of the enterprise, it connects the enterprise top managers and first-line managers, in a sense the essential role. Enterprise middle managers is the enterprise decision makers, at the same time, also is the executor of the decision, its competence affect the continuing operations and development of enterprises. If lack of competence of middle managers, leads to the senior managers of the organization’s strategic plan intention not well implemented. Different from other industries, food and beverage industry is a female managers accounted for most of the industry, relative to male managers, they have their own advantages and disadvantages, so the food industry of female middle managers’ competency research seems particularly urgent. Throughout the past research results, most of the research investigates the influencing factors of the male managers competence, and involves the industry widely, and this paper focuses on the female managers in the majority of catering enterprises management practices, the female managers competence study empirically the influence factors, this is the biggest innovations in this paper.This article first through the domestic and foreign about the competency theory of the literature research, the Middle Managers Competence of the composition and influencing factors. Based on the literature of previous studies on the influence factors of competence, the research hypothesis is put forward, and the influence of individual factors, business factors and social factors on competency is analyzed. Data were obtained by questionnaire, and the data were processed by SPSS20.0 software, and the influence of individual factors, business factors and social factors on the competence of female middle managers in catering enterprises was studied by A. Finally, through the empirical analysis of the impact of these factors on the level of competence. Through the research, the conclusions are as follows:(1) A has a significant positive effect on the competence of middle managers in the city, which has a small private property and small scale. To this end, the small and medium-sized catering enterprises should actively play a positive role in the promotion of female managers’ competence, and strengthen the cultivation of female managers and competency model, to help their rapid growth. For the large catering enterprises, it should pay more attention to the role of female managers, and to create a good promotion and management environment;(2) women in the A City catering enterprises female middle managers leadership has a significant positive impact, and the impact is the highest. As a result, the women in the catering industry needs to continue to improve their educational background, in order to adapt to the changing social environment;(3) women in the A City catering enterprises in the middle of the learning innovation ability has a significant positive impact, and the impact is higher. To this end, the women in the catering enterprises should strengthen their leadership, while strengthening the team collaboration.
