The role of China's industrial enterprises in economic development is crucial,and talent issues cannot be ignored in companies.Therefore,it is very necessary to pay attention to the human resources management of industrial enterprises.In today's revitalization of the Northeast is imminent,this paper aims to focus on the status quo of the middle managers of industrial enterprises in Northeast China,so that it can better provide reference for the improvement of management level.In order to improve the efficiency of business production and promote the better development of enterprises.The purpose of this study is to provide some considerations based on competence from the perspective of the diagnosis of competency levels and the differences between different groups,in order to rejuvenate the old industrial base in Northeast China.The contents of this study mainly include the use of literature research methods,the middle managers of industrial enterprises above designated size in Northeast China as the research object,according to previous research results to determine the elements of competence.On the basis of the competency iceberg model,determine and divide the competency dimension.Absorb mature scales and use questionnaires to investigate the basic situation of middle managers and verify each competency element.The comparison between outstanding performers with similar scale and those with poor performers was compared,and final conclusions were drawn and suggestions were made for industrial enterprises above designated size and middle managers in Northeast China.The research results show that the competency table of this study has good reliability and validity,and the factor analysis results are consistent with the actual situation;the industrial enterprises above designated size in Northeast China have a good level of competency,but there is still much room for growth;many factors are at the middle level.Managerial competencies have a significant impact.This study provides empirical research support for the cultivation and selection of mid-level management personnel in industrial enterprises above designated size in Northeast China,and provides a reference for middle managers' own career planning.
