Middle managers are executives of enterprise strategic decisions,They are the backbone of the enterprise.Modern agricultural enterprises can actively mobilize the enthusiasm of middle managers,stimulate their potential,enhance their ability to respond to market competition.This essay takes the A company as the research object,in-depth interpretation of the internal system of the human resources management,fully understand the current situation of human resource management of the enterprise;secondly,the middle managers of the company's competency questionnaire survey to collect data related works;finally read a lot about the competency model,determine the quantitative model of competency index,the initial establishment of competency model.By carrying out the detailed sampling questionnaire,the author also interviewed individual managers of the enterprise to obtain the data of competency indicators.At the end of production to meet the requirements of the questionnaire,and to all the employees to carry out overall sampling,determine the number of samples,and the questionnaire was tested and analyzed using SPSS 19.0,the regression model of competency.In order to make the research more in-depth,the data of the competency model were analyzed,and the data were statistically analyzed.
