| The EXECUTION written by Larry Bossidy & Ram Charan got great attention on the subject about EXECUTION since its publishing in 2002.In the past years theory circle and business circle have made great progress. But current theory and research only emphasize on the definition of the Execution and the measure scale and affecting factors. There is only a little research about the middle managers'execution. Also we know little about which factors affect the middle-managers'execution. Especially we know little about the relationship between the affecting factors and execution effect. So this thesis aims at relationship between the executing effect and affecting factors in order to improve the middle-managers'execution.Chapter 1 is introduction, mainly discusses the purpose of research and makes a description on the related researches around the world. Also introduces the thinking and research approach of the paper. Finally points out the innovation.The second part mainly introduces the theory associate with the execution. Including the definition of the middle-manager and middle-manager s'execution. Analyze the role of the middle-manager in the corporate. Finally introduce the classical theories associate with the execution.The third part mainly sums up the influence variables of the middle-managers'execution. And divide the variables into three dimensions which including organization dimension, team dimension and individual dimension. Finally point out the hypothesis base on the three dimensions.The fourth part mainly introduces the conclusions which made by the empirical test. The conclusions include three sections. The first section is the organization strategy, the organization system,the organization structure and the organization culture have positive impact on the executing effect. The second part is the personnel allocation,the team cooperation and the team communication have positive impact on the executing effect. The third part is leadership ability, the understanding power, the communicating and coordinating skills and the planning skills have positive impact on the executing effect.The fifth part points out how to improve the middle-managers'execution, which including draw up correct and scientific organization strategy, improve middle-managers'abilities, cultivate the execution culture and establish high efficiency team. |
